Your diet will account for 60-80% of the results in obtaining progressive abs! The rest is exercise – no bullshit fat burning pills, no waist trimming bands, no magic rub to help you sweat. After a while, how you look in the mirror and the number on the scale is going to be meaningless and irrelevant.
